At Into This World Productions, Inc., we believe that it takes more than a day for a group to become a winning team.  We work with each organization to develop a team building program, specific to their culture, that incorporates and develops each of the seven characteristics of a winning team.  Each session is highly interactive.  Individual skills are honored and limitations are respected by giving participants choices as to how they wish to participate in different activities.  Most sessions take place on site at your corporate location with two suggested “field trips” to increase the cohesiveness and visibility of your team in the community.
